Students, parents or caregivers can request to speak with our Wellness staff by filling out this form. Requests for virtual or phone appointments will only be responded to during regular school hours, Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Requests submitted outside of these hours will be received the next business day.

Our school district’s Family Resource Center staff will continue to be available year-round. Please contact them if you need help finding and accessing community resources.

If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts or find yourself in unsafe situations, please use the crisis numbers on the left. We also have links to a few community resources on the right for your reference.

Kindness towards ourselves and others is more important than ever. We encourage you to take good care of yourselves. Below is some basic information on self-care. May you find your inner strength and resilience, as well as the courage to reach out for support.

Warm regards,

Wilson Wellness Center Staff
