The Graduation Ceremony is on Wednesday, June 7th. at 6:30pm in the gym on the Wilson Campus.  Your family and friends are invited to attend.  The doors will be open at 6:00 pm for your guests to be seated.  Tickets are limited (5 per graduate) and required for ALL guests, including small children.  Additional tickets may be available on a first come, first served basis, as announced at graduation practice.  Graduates must be in the multi-purpose room no later than 5:30 pm !! You will not be able to carry personal belongings (i.e. purses, bags, etc.) during the ceremony, so please plan on leaving them with friends or family.

 

Photography:

  • Informal photographs of each graduate will also be taken at the rehearsal
  • A professional photographer will be available by appointment for formal photographs on graduation day.  Pricing information will be provided at rehearsal.

A light rehearsal dinner is provided for the graduates Monday evening, June 5th. at 6:00 pm.  (before the graduation rehearsal).  The dinner is a gift (free) to our graduates and is optional.  It is possible to accommodate one guest per graduate at $5.00 per guest.  The $5.00 will be collected when you are measured for your cap and gown.

 

Immediately following the dinner is the MANDATORY graduation rehearsal in the gym at 6:30 pm.  If you are NOT attending the dinner, go directly to the gym promptly at 6:30pm.  Graduates must attend the practice to participate in the graduation ceremony.

 

At the rehearsal you will be assigned to a space in line for the ceremony.  You will pick up your cap and gown “ONLY AFTER” the rehearsal is finished and payment is received.  The rehearsal will end at approximately 8:00 pm.
